Purpose

You can use this business process to analyze sales quotations and sales orders. This enables you to monitor the sales transactions that have taken place in your organization at a detailed level.

Process Flow

       1.      System provides order data

       2.      System provides quotation data

       3.      System updates sales information

       4.      Monitor top five quotations

You can use the Top Five Quotations analysis query (technical name: 0CRM_QUTO_Q0001) to view the details of the top most valuable quotations in your sales organization.

       5.      Track quotation status

You can use the Quotation Tracking analysis query (technical name: 0CSAL_C05_Q0002).

       6.      Monitor best-selling products 

You can use the Best-Selling Products analysis query (technical name: 0CSAL_C03_Q008) to see which are the most popular products across all business transactions.

       7.      Monitor incoming sales orders

You can use the Incoming Sales Orders analysis query (technical name: 0CSAL_C03_Q0001).
