Specifics for Mobile Sales/Service (Laptop): Business Transactions
Compared to CRM Enterprise, the following specifics apply to Mobile Sales and Mobile Service in the business transactions area:
Copying Business Transactions
It is not possible to explicitly forbid copying of business transactions in mobile applications. Even if you have made the appropriate settings in the Business Add-In in CRM Enterprise, this does not have any effect on copying business transactions in the mobile applications.
In the mobile applications, there are additional ways of copying business transactions:
One-to-one copying
This type of copying is particularly suitable for returns processing or if a customer always orders the same products and you want to reuse the old pricing conditions.
Copying from an opportunity and a sales transaction
In this type of copying, the new target transaction consists of the header data from an opportunity and the item data from a sales transaction.
The following table summarizes the differences between the copying types in the mobile applications.

Transaction History
Links between sales transactions and activities do not appear in the transaction history. The links are, however, exchanged between Mobile Sales and CRM Enterprise. If an activity in Mobile Sales is linked to a sales transaction, it always appears as a subsequent transaction in CRM Enterprise
It is possible to branch directly from the transaction history to a transaction only if the corresponding transaction is replicated to the Mobile Client. You cannot branch to documents in SAP ECC.
Fore more information, see Transaction History.
