Patch Application Tool 
The Patch Delivery Tool appears in the Tools menu list. This tool allows you to apply patches from SAP to your mobile client applications between support packages. It automatically applies a .SAR file from an SAP patch to your Mobile Application Studio's (MAS) change list. After applying the patch and resolving any collisions, you can distribute the updated applications to the users' laptops.
The patches
are delivered in the form of a SAR file by SAP. The patches are uploaded to
the SAP Service Marketplace and the location is communicated upon
upload.
Before starting the Patch Delivery Tool, be aware of which release and Support Packages (SPs) have already been installed for your SAP CRM Mobile Client Component: Applications.

If you install a patch for an SP that is newer than the one that is installed on your system currently, you will not be able to install these SPs after having installed the patch.
· The tool checks for previously installed patches before it begins the import. If it finds that the same patch has been installed already, the Patch Delivery Tool stops before the import occurs.
· Patches cumulate previous patch data. This means that if two or more patches between SPs, each contains previous and new data in case you missed applying one.
· Subsequent SPs from SAP cumulate all patch data.
· You can run the tool from the MAS, or you can run it by selecting it from path ...\Program files\SAP\mobile\bin\ApplyPatch.exe.

You can create a desktop shortcut to run this application.
