A group of one or more competing scenarios.
The scenarios are competing in that they have the same business purpose. Only one of the scenarios will be executed; this is the operative scenario. The scenario set can also contain any number of alternative scenarios; you create these for the purpose of comparison against the operative scenario.
The scenario set contains a planning scope.
