Warranty Analysis 
You can use this business process to analyze warranties issued for products, individual objects, and components in your customers’ installed bases. You can, for example, identify cases where warranties have expired in order to proactively offer further coverage, such as a warranty extension or a suitable service contract.

1. System provides warranty data (SAP CRM)
2. System provides installed base data (SAP CRM)
3. System provides individual object data (SAP CRM)
4. System updates warranty, installed base and individual object data (SAP BW)
During scheduled data extraction from SAP CRM to SAP BW, the system updates warranty information for installed base components and individual objects in SAP BW.
5. Monitor expiring warranties (SAP BW)
You can use query Expiring Warranties (0CRM_ICWY_Q0101) for this analysis.
6. Build query for expired warranty per installed base (SAP BW)
7. Build query for expired warranty per individual object (SAP BW)
