Personal Customer Data

Use

This function covers the management of all personal customer data.

Features

Customer registration

Customers can register themselves by entering address data, an e-mail address (or a chosen user ID) and a password. The system creates a business partner master record in CRM and the relevant authorization.

Customer identification

Registered customers can be logged on in the system with their e-mail address (or their user ID) and their password. Identification is necessary for customers to order products, or view personalized product recommendations.

Customer data processing

Identified customers can:

Edit personal data, such as their address data.
Create and change their customer profile.

The customer profile is referred to for determining personalized product recommendations for example.
