Process documentation Order Analysis for Channel Commerce Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Purpose

You analyze orders in this process that come in via the Collaborative Showroom according to the current month, top n customers, top n partners and top n products in your order management for Channel Commerce.

Prerequisites

You have installed SAP BW, SAP CRM and the SAP Portal.

Process Flow

This graphic is explained in the accompanying text

       1.      CRM Enterprise uses orders to provide the data collected in the operational processes.

       2.      The system updates order data in SAP BW during regular data extraction from CRM Enterprise to SAP BW.

       3.      You analyze data for hosted orders from customers and partners that CRM Enterprise provides.
