Sending an E-Mail to an Agent 
Use
As a customer, you can send E-mails to an agent when you need assistance. E-mails are usually written requesting for the following:
- Extra secured information
- Information that you need for future reference
- Information that does not involve immediate navigation in a Web shop, as there is a time delay in the response.

You can send an E-mail requesting for the following:
- For a detailed product specification.
- A copy of the company’s payment or return policies.
Prerequisites
You have accessed Live Web Collaboration. For more information, see
Accessing Live Web Collaboration.
Procedure
In the SAP Internet Sales - Help window, click E-mail.
The E-mail page appears.
Enter your E-mail ID, select a subject of your query and enter your query details.
If you want to:
- Send the E-mail, click Send.
- Clear the details you have entered, click Reset.
- Exit from the page, click Exit.
Result
An agent replies back to your E-mail within certain hours. You can check your E-mail for a response from the agent.
