You can use questionnaires in CRM Enterprise and CRM Mobile to gather additional information on a product or to document customer preferences regarding a product. This product can either be your own product or a competitor product.

To be able to use a questionnaire, you must have created a business activity for a transaction type. Additionally, you must have created an Structure linkactivity journal template of the type Questionnaire for the same transaction type.

 

Specifics of CRM Enterprise
