The following constraints apply when archiving products in the CRM System:

• Archived products cannot be reloaded into the CRM System
• Products cannot be deleted if they have not been archived
• Archived products can only be displayed in a technical view
• The following cannot be archived:

• Configurable products
• Product variants from the OLTP System
• Products with an inactive version
• Condition records for a product
• Contents of documents (graphics, texts)
