Information about when a service employee should perform a service task.

 

Use

 

A service employee assignment is created when the resource planner assigns a service task to a service employee.

These assignments are represented as a horizontal bar in the Gantt area of the resource planning tool. The position of the bar in the Gantt area represents the duration (that is, start and finish) of the assignment that is assigned to a service employee. The bar refers to the reference time zone for the resource planning tool.

The Customizing activity Select Bar Color for Assignments allows you to define the color of the horizontal bar, depending on the status and referring to the current time.

You can see the assignment status, the number of the relevant service process and the customer data in the horizontal bar.
