Component Details and Structure Processing 

 

Use

 

The Component Details and Process Structure functions are available in the SAP GUI.

 

Component Details

Choose this function if you want to display additional detailed data from the master record of the object assigned as a component, for example, of a product or installed base, as well as the detailed data for one of the components selected in the structure.

 

Process Structure

Choose this function to call up the screen area Direct Subordinate Objects, which you can use to assign additional components to one of the components selected in the structure.

In this screen area, you can also use the functions for processing an installed base structure (copy, cut, insert, dismantle).

If you want to maintain a component , for example, you want to create subordinate components, you must first select the relevant component in the structure overview.
