Access to SAP BW workbooks for a mobile client user is based on the role assignment function.

       2.      Display analysis with SAP BW Workbook

Workbooks from SAP BW are downloaded to the BW Report Tools component. You can use this to analyze data from SAP Applications as well as from any other business applications and external data sources, such as databases, online services, and the Internet.

On execution of the report, the workbook and the embedded queries are assembled automatically from the local database and are then displayed in a Microsoft Excel format on the mobile client.
