Purpose

Contract Analysis provides a range of analyses for sales contracts (both value and quantity) with detailed analytical information about current and closed sales contracts.

Process Flow

The diagram below illustrates the process involved in Contract Analysis:

       1.      The SAP CRM system provides data about sales contracts.

       2.      The SAP BW system updates its sales contract information.

       3.      You can monitor the top five most valuable contracts, using the Top Five Contracts query (query 0CSAL_C04_Q0007).

       4.      You can monitor the sales contracts according to region, using the Open Sales Contracts per Region query (query 0CSAL_C04_Q0008).

       5.      You can track contract cancellation rates, using the Cancelled Contracts analysis (query 0CSAL_C04_Q0002).
