Process documentation Sales Quotation and Order Analysis Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Purpose

You can use this business process to analyze sales quotations and sales orders. This enables you to monitor the sales transactions that have taken place in your organization at a detailed level.

Process Flow

       1.      System provides sales quotation data (SAP CRM)

       2.      System provides sales order data (SAP CRM)

       3.      System updates sales information (SAP BW)

       4.      Monitor top 5 quotations (SAP BW)

You can use the Top Five Quotations analysis (query 0CRM_QUTO_Q0001) to view the details of the top most valuable quotations in your sales organization.

       5.      Track quotation status (SAP BW)

You can use the Quotation Tracking analysis (query 0CSAL_C05_Q0002).

       6.      Monitor best-selling products (SAP BW)

You can use the Best-Selling Products analysis (query 0CSAL_C03_Q008) to see which are the most popular products across all business transactions.

       7.      Monitor incoming sales orders (SAP BW)

You can use the Incoming Sales Orders analysis (query 0CSAL_C03_Q0001).
