Use

You can use the resource search function to find suitable and available resources to staff a project role.

Integration

·        As search criteria, the search function uses all data required for the search from the project role. The search criteria can be changed in the search function without changing the attributes of the project role itself.

·        To be able to check availability, you require the Workforce Management Core (WFM Core) planning service.

Prerequisites

·        You created project roles in the Resources tab page of the Projects initial screen.

·        Refer to Project Roles and Creating a Project Role.

·        From the Projects initial view, choose the Resources tab page, then Find Resource.

·        To be able to search according to availability, you have to have WFM Core as an AddOn or connected as an external system.
