Campaign Preparation with Mobile
Sales
You can use this business process to create and prepare a campaign so that it can be carried out by a field sales force. During the preparation phase, you assign the necessary attributes, including products and target group members to the campaign.

...
1. Create campaign (SAP CRM Mobile)
You create the campaign in the Marketing business component of the SAP CRM Mobile Sales application. For information on how to create objects in SAP CRM Mobile Sales, see Creating Business Objects.
It is also possible to create a campaign in the CRM Marketing Planner and replicate the campaign to the mobile client. For information on this business scenario variant, see the processes assigned to the business scenario variant Field Campaign Management with Campaign Execution in Mobile Sales at Field Campaign Management with Mobile Sales.
2. Assign campaign attributes (SAP CRM Mobile)
You assign certain attributes, including basic data and products, to the campaign to define the campaign’s purpose. For more information, see Basic Data in Campaigns, Assigning Products, and Assigning Partners.
3. Define selection criteria (SAP CRM Mobile)
In preparing the campaign, you generate a consolidated list of business partners and contact persons at whom you want to target the campaign. To create this list you must first define the selection criteria for the target group. For more information, see Creating Selections.
4. Create target group (SAP CRM Mobile)
You perform the selections to create the target group for the campaign.
5. Assign target group to campaign (SAP CRM Mobile)
Once you have generated the target group, the system automatically assigns it to the campaign. You can also import an existing target group and assign it directly yourself. For more information, see Assigning Target Groups.
6. Synchronize data (SAP CRM Mobile)
To load your campaign-related data to SAP CRM Enterprise, synchronize the mobile client with the server. This also makes the campaign data available to other sales team members. For information on synchronizing your data, see Options for Server Synchronization.
7. System replicates data (SAP CRM Server)
