Conditions 
Set type for maintaining condition records for a product.
Conditions are used for pricing in a business transaction (sales order, purchase contract). For more information, see Pricing.
Conditions can be
maintained for individual products in product maintenance.
In the People-Centric UI, a dropdown list box allows you to switch between the
following options:
· Pricing Conditions
For more information, see Integrated Condition Maintenance.
· Free Goods
For more information, see Free Goods.
· Product Determination
Condition records for product determination cannot be maintained in the CRM Server. This can only be done in R/3. For more information, see in the Implementation Guide (IMG) Customer Relationship Management ® Basic Functions ® Product Determination ®Product Substitution in the CRM System.
To use the condition maintenance functionality in product maintenance, you need to carry out the following Customizing steps:
· Assign the product-specific condition tables and types to the appropriate condition group under Customer Relationship Management ® Master Data ® Condition Technique ® Condition Maintenance Group.
· Assign the condition group to the application CRM or EBP under:
¡ Assign Condition Group to Application CRM under Customer Relationship Management ® Master Data ® Products ® Special Settings for Sales Operations
¡ Assign Condition Group to Application Enterprise Buyer under Supplier Relationship Management ® SRM Server ® Master Data ® Products
