Use

Item object identification uniquely identifies a product within the SAP CRM System. This includes the EAN (international article number) or the vendor material number.

Features

·        EAN

If the external system sends the EAN for the material in the incoming ORDERS IDoc, then the product in the SAP CRM System is identified based on the incoming EAN number.

·        Vendor Material Number

Vendor Material Number from the incoming IDoc can also identify the product in the SAP CRM System.
