Constituent Service-Master Data
Maintenance
Constituents can use this business process to make changes to their existing business partner master data using the Internet, for example if their address or email address has changed. This means the constituent can communicate with SAP CRM directly.
Master data can be changed for individual constituents and for contact persons and their organizations. All master data on address and communication data can be changed/restricted to a selection, for example, change email address only.
· SAP provides sample BSP applications that you can copy and adjust to suit your own requirements. For more information, see the Configuration Support for this Business process or Customizing in CRM, under Customer Relationship Management ® E-Service ® Web Requests ® Internet User.
