Simulating and Executing the Reorganization
of Statistical Data 
Use
You use this procedure to reorganize the statistical data for Extended Rebate Processing.
You should only reorganize the statistical data if errors have occurred.
You can start report ENH_REBATE_S469RC to simulate the reorganization of statistical data. You can use the simulation to compare the actual condition of the information structure with the target condition. You use the results of the simulation to decide whether you actually have to reorganize the statistical data or not.
You have to reorganize the statistical data when you make changes to Customizing table Set up Variable Key for the Rebate Settlement. When the system reorganizes the statistical data, this activates all the changes that you have made.
Prerequisites
If you want to activate the changes in table Set up Variable Key for the Rebate Settlement, the system must not have determined any payments yet.
Procedure
To organize the reorganization of statistical data (or simulate the reorganization), proceed as follows:

1. Starting from the SAP Reference IMG, choose:
Sales and Distribution ® Billing ® Rebate Processing ® Extended Rebate Processing ® Simulate And Execute Reorganization Of Statistical Data.
The Choose Activity screen appears.
2. Select Simulation of Statistics Reorganization and click Choose.
The Comparison of Rebate-relevant data in Billing Documents and S469 screen appears.
Enter the necessary data.
3. Choose Program ® Execute.
The Comparison of Rebate-relevant data in Billing Documents and S469 screen appears.
The system contrasts billing document data and statistical data in a list.
4. Choose Back.
The Choose Activity screen appears again.
5. Select Reorganization of the info structure S469 and click Choose.
The Reorganizing rebate-relevant data from billing documents screen appears.
6. Enter the necessary data.
7. Choose Program ® Execute.
If you do not set the Initialize S469 checkbox, the system appends the new data to the existing data in rebate information structure S469. We recommend checking rebate information structure S469 before and after you reorganize the statistics data.
