Not associated to a business object or business query property.

  1. In the UI Toolbox, choose a standard control.
  2. Drag and drop the standard control to the tile area.

Business Application Studio creates a control on the tile.

The first time you create such a control, an UnboundAnchor is created. This anchor is not associated to any business object or business query. All the controls that are not associated to a business object or business query property are displayed under this anchor.

If required, you can later associate business object or business query properties to these controls.

For more information, see Associating data source property to a control.

  1. In the Properties dialog, change the properties of each control.
  2. For example, label and TAB sequence.

  3. Align the controls using the align buttons on the toolbar.
  4. The two horizontal lines and a vertical line in the tile area help you identify the space occupied by a tile. Arrange the controls based on how big you want your tile in a tile set.

  5. Save the tile.

Result

You have included all the required controls in the tile. If there are more than one business anchor, model a business anchor hierarchy for the tile to relate information displayed by the different business anchors.
