Changing Confirmations 

Use

You can change confirmations that have been saved in status Held or for which the approval process is not complete. If a confirmation has already been saved with Confirm, changing the confirmation restarts the approval process. Once a confirmation has been released by the last approver, it can no longer be changed.

Activities

  1. Choose tab page Display.
  2. A list of held confirmations and confirmations that have been edited, but not yet approved is displayed. Employees see the confirmations they have created and can search for old ones. Secretaries or other employees creating confirmation for a group of employees see a list of confirmations they have created.

  3. Choose a confirmation from the list or search for a confirmation. The following search criteria are available:
  1. Click Change.

The remaining activities are the same as for creating a confirmation.
