Setting General Filters for Business Objects

Use

Here you can set General Filter Conditions for all business objects. The filters are valid for all active business objects that contain the filter conditions.

For condition objects, the general filters have to be defined separately.

The initial download of sales documents is possible, but is not recommended without using filters. To reduce the amount of data, a filter on the relevant installation date should be set.

If filters are set on VKORG, VTWEG, SPART for customer, the filter conditions are not relevant to dependent contacts, cust_hierarchy, since these filter conditions are not part of the contact and cust_hierarchy tables. In this case, the CRM system is provided with too much data. This, however, does not cause any errors. The filters can be implemented manually using customer exits.
