Details of past problems and malfunctions of an equipment, and service activities that were carried out, can have a significant bearing on future maintenance activities. For this reason, it is important that information on malfunctions and causes is stored on a long-term basis and can be called at any time. This enables you to:

Integration

When you have finished processing a service notification or an order and all confirmation data has been entered, you set the status to "completed". This closes the notification or order. You cannot make changes any more. These details become a part of service history.
