Specifying Fonts to be used in the Code Windows

Use

To specify the fonts for the code you enter in the following code windows.

Business rules
Business object methods
Business object event handlers
Business object user exits
Scripting windows for an interaction component

Business Application Studio supports Unicode characters within the code windows. You can enter code comments in the languages supported by your operating system.

If you are working on a Japanese operating system, you can enter comments in the Japanese language though the code is still in English.

Prerequisites

You have logged into the required change list context.

Procedure

Choose Tools à Options.

The Options window appears.

Choose the Font Selection tab.

Deselect the Use Default Font option.

By default, the system uses the Arial font.

Choose Change to specify the:

Fixed Font: Details provided by the Business Application Studio. For example, list of events provided in a choice list.

Proportional Font: Details you enter in the code window.

The Font window appears.

Choose necessary type, style and size of the font and choose OK.
Choose Apply.
Close all the opened windows / dialogs in the Business Application Studio.

Result

You can now view the code in the selected font.

You can revert to the default font by choosing Use Default Font option.
