Maintaining Hierarchy Between Choice Fields 
Use
You use this procedure to make the values of one choice field dependent on the values of another choice field. For example, a field like State can be made dependent on the value you choose in the field Country.
Prerequisite
You have
created a choice field and its values.Procedure
1. Access the Choice Fields tile using:

4. Save the record.
Result
You have made the particular value dependent on another value available in the drop down list.
Example
Using the above procedure you can add a new city say, Berlin in the choice list for the field City and make it available to the end user (in the dropdown combo for City) only if s/he chooses Germany in the field Country.
