To access the Marketing Planner, proceed as follows:
In the SAP Easy Access menu, choose Marketing ® Marketing and Campaign Planning ® Marketing Planner
Overview of the Pushbuttons in the Marketing Planner
In the Marketing Planner, there are various pushbuttons that you use to process your marketing plans and campaigns. General pushbuttons that are important for working in the Marketing Planner are explained in the following.
General Function Symbols
You can easily access or execute the following functions by using the respective pushbutton:

Navigation backwards |
You go to the screen last displayed in the work area. |

Forwards navigation |
When you navigate backwards, you can use this pushbutton to go forwards again. |

Display/change |
You can switch between display and change mode. This is also possible if you have chosen the display mode as the standard setting in your user-specific options. If you do not have authorization to carry out changes or if the project is currently being edited by another user, the system remains in display mode. When you switch to change mode, the database is automatically locked. |

Graphic scheduling |
You access Microsoft Project directly with this pushbutton. For more information about the functions of graphic scheduling, see Dates in the Marketing Planner. |
Overview of the Symbols for Marketing Elements
The following symbols are used for the individual marketing elements in all three screen areas.
