Documents for InfoProvider Data 
Definition
You can assign one or more documents to the data for an InfoProvider.
Some default attributes are provided
· As search criteria for InfoProvider data in the Documents function area of the Administrator Workbench

· as logical document properties whenever you create a document

the characteristics that have been designated as properties of documents are also displayed (sorted alphabetically).
You have to activate any characteristics that you
want the system to display in the maintenance screens for InfoProvider data
documents. You do this in the maintenance screens for characteristics on the
Tabstrip: General. (characteristic is a property of a
document.)
Integration
You maintain documents for InfoProvider data – with regards to the specific properties of the document class – in the same way that you maintain documents for metadata objects.
