Use
The backend object type is part of the key and the attributes of the
consolidated InfoObjects for business partner, product and product category, which are delivered in SAP BW release 3.0B in Business Content.The four-character backend object type combines information about the source system (SAP component or non-SAP system) and the relevant business object type (for example, business partner, product) within this source system.

You can display the possible characteristic values of the backend object type as well as additional documentation in Business Information Warehouse Customizing under Business Content Settings ® Cross-application Components ® Maintain BW Backend Object Types.
Default values are delivered by SAP in the SAP BW system for backend object types. These default values are a fixed key component of the consolidated InfoObjects. Therefore, you are not permitted to change or delete these default values.
You use the namespace Y... and Z... for user-defined backend object types.
