Use

You use these InfoSources to load master data (attributes) or texts for the material from the SAP R/3 system into the SAP BW system. In SAP BW release 3.0B, the procedure for loading the material data (master data and texts) has changed to InfoSources with Flexible Update.

You find the InfoObject concerned, 0MATERIAL (material) as an InfoProvider (InfoObject with attributes and texts) under the component 0CA ® 0CA_IO Cross-application Master Data (Flexible Update).
