Using Migrated Services in Roles and Worksets 

Use

You can add the migrated services (transactions, IACs, URLs) to roles in the usual manner.

Prerequisites

You migrated your single and composite roles with all their contents from the R/3 system to the Enterprise Portal.

Procedure

  1. In the Role Editor, move a role or workset to the edit area for editing.
  2. In the view area call object type "Migrated Services".
  3. Choose which service type (transaction, BW report, MiniApp, IAC or URL) you want to view in the view area.
  4. Add individual services to the roles and worksets in the usual manner. Also read Adding Content Objects to Roles.
