Additional information for Reporting authorizations must be transported separately. This means definitions of authorizations for hierarchies and authorizations for InfoCubes.

For this, go to the SAP Easy Access initial screen of the SAP Business Information Warehouse and choose SAP Menu ® Business Explorer ® Reporting Authorization Objects. Under Extras, choose Additional Information and enter your request. You can select which authorization objects and which hierarchy definitions you want to transport information for.
