Purpose
The Business Explorer (BEx) is used for analyzing the data in the SAP Business Information Warehouse. The Business Explorer is the reporting tool of the Business Information Warehouse and consists of the Business Explorer Analyzer and the Business Explorer Browser.
In the Business Explorer Analyzer, you define queries that are based on a selection of InfoObjects or predefined structures of an InfoCube. You can navigate on the queries to get different views of the data, which you can use to analyze and present the InfoCube data. Save the queries in workbooks. Save the query views and use them for Web reporting.
Store as many workbooks, links and documents as are required in the Business Explorer Browser, select the documents and open them or organize them.
Integration
You can evaluate and present the SAP Business Information Warehouse data that was staged with the help of the Administrator Workbench, by using the Business Explorer reporting tool.
