Use

Authorizations for the Object Class Business Information Warehouse

Authorizations for this object class are already defined when delivered. They are defined according to roles. After transferring the roles (see BW Business Content), you can assign them to the relevant users. You can use the role maintenance for this process.

If you want to assign every user his/her own role, it makes sense to create these in the role maintenance. There is a faster option by manually assigning authorizations or hierarchy objects using drag & drop.
