You enter the scores in the SAP System yourself before carrying out an evaluation.

You enter scores for quality and timeliness at info record level for materials supplied or at the time of service entry for services performed.

You do not enter any data yourself. The SAP System calculates the scores for automatic subcriteria from data recorded at other points in the enterprise independently of the vendor evaluation system (e.g. at the time of goods receipt or in the quality management system).
