This key figure shows the score for the criterion Timeliness of Service Provision in the current period (e.g. day, week, month) in vendor evaluation.

You can enter a score for the subcriterion Timeliness of Service Provision when recording the services that have actually been performed. This score is updated at the time of service acceptance.

If new scores are calculated within the current period, they are included in the previous score after smoothing. Scores calculated prior to this period are not taken into account.
