The SAP HCM Interview Assistant app supports managers with preparing and conducting interviews with short-listed candidates and evaluating these candidates.

The app is built for busy managers. You no longer need to search for your interview notes and questions minutes before your appointment. Simply pick up your tablet PC and quickly review your interview preparation notes and the candidate information. As the interview progresses, you can complete all information that is needed by the HR department. You do not need to take any further action after the interview.

Key Features

  • Display your open requisitions: Find out which requisitions need to be staffed and view detailed information about each requisition

  • Display the candidate list for each requisition: Find out whom you are interviewing and the current rating of this candidate

  • Display a candidate’s documents: View the documents that the candidate has uploaded and display a summary of the candidate’s profile

  • Bookmark documents and add notes to them: Check interesting documents in the candidate’s application, bookmark them, and add personal notes to them

  • Edit overall notes for candidates: Create a note for each candidate and update it throughout the selection process

  • Display additional information: View the candidate’s communication data and check activity logs and the ratings that have been transferred from the E-Recruiting application

  • Update ratings: Create your own rating for the candidate

  • Assess candidates: Evaluate the candidate’s profile by completing a questionnaire

  • Make decisions about candidates: Decide if you want to invite a candidate for an interview / Hire or reject a candidate
