With the SAP Customer Financial Fact Sheet mobile app for iPhone and iPad, you can stay up to date on the financial status of your customers anywhere and anytime. This app connects to SAP ERP and allows sales reps and account executives to display all relevant financial data of a customer, with the option of drilling down to the level of a single invoice or sales order.

SAP Customer Financial Fact Sheet only shows data that you are authorized to view in SAP ERP. An enhancement option, configured in SAP ERP by your IT department, can be incorporated, which allows you to display additional data.

The minimum required operating system for both devices is iOS 5.

Technical Requirements

  • SAP NetWeaver Gateway 2.0 SP03 (or higher)

  • Optional use of either one or none of the following platforms:

    • Sybase Unwired Platform 2.1.2 (or higher)

    • SAP Mobile Platform, cloud version

  • SAP ERP 6.0 SP15 (or higher) with the following add-ons:

    • Add-on for SAP Customer Financial Fact Sheet (LWMFI001) SP06

      This is mandatory.

    • Add-on for SAP Order Status (LWMSD001) SP03

      This is optional, unless you are using sales orders.

Note Note

If you choose to run in the back end SAP enhancement package 6 for SAP ERP 6.0 version for SAP HANA (or higher) instead of a lower release, the performance of the search for customers, invoices, and contact persons in SAP ERP has been optimized.
