SAP Payment Approvals for Android
With the SAP Payment Approvals mobile app for Android, you can help ensure the liquidity of your company by approving payments anywhere and anytime. The app accesses the SAP ERP application and allows cash managers and financial executives to display payment batches and check, approve, or reject them within the legal framework and company policies.
Key Features
Display all recently processed payment batches and those waiting for approval in detail
Check, approve, or reject payment batches
Display a list of previous and alternative approvers, including a contact method
Reject payments with an explanation of the reasons
Display a list of exceptions, for example, payments rejected by the house bank
Note
To use the SAP Payment Approvals mobile app with your business data, you must be a user of SAP ERP and the SAP Bank Communication Management application, with mobile services enabled by your IT department. You can try it first with sample data.
