With the SAP Customer Financial Fact Sheet mobile app for BlackBerry 10 smartphones, you can stay up to date on the financial status of your customers anywhere and anytime. This app connects to SAP ERP and allows sales reps and account execs to view all relevant financial data of a customer, with the option to drill down to the level of a single invoice.

Key features of SAP Customer Financial Fact Sheet for BlackBerry 10 smartphones

  • Display a list of all customers assigned to you, customers classified as critical, and recent customers

  • Find customers and add contacts retrieved from the back end to the database on your mobile device

  • View the sales volume for the customer for the past fiscal year

  • View total outstanding invoices, credit info, and the average payment arrears for the last 12 months

  • Retrieve original invoices in PDF format and access archived documents stored in the back end

To use the SAP Customer Financial Fact Sheet mobile app with your business data, you must be a user of the SAP ERP application, with mobile services enabled by your IT department. You can try it first with sample data.

SAP Customer Financial Fact Sheet only shows data that you are authorized to view in SAP ERP. An enhancement option is incorporated with the mobile app, configured in SAP ERP by your IT department, that allows you to display additional data.

  • BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 (with BDS 6.2 or higher)

  • Sybase Unwired Platform 2.2

  • SAP NetWeaver Gateway 2.0 SP04

  • SAP ERP 6.0 SP15 (or higher) with the following add-ons:

    • Add-on for SAP Customer Financial Fact Sheet (LWMFI001) SP03

      This is mandatory.

    • Add-on for SAP Order Status (LWMSD001) SP03

      This is optional, unless you are using sales orders.
