Displaying the Product Availability Overview 
Use
The availability situation for a specific product in a given location is displayed in the product availability overview. The product availability check is carried out based on the
business event that you chose.Prerequisites
You maintained the ATP view in the location-specific product master data in APO. From the SAP APO screen, choose Navigation à Master Data à Product à ATP.
Procedure
The APO Product Availability Overview: Initial Screen appears.
(Execute).The APO Product Availability Overview screen, which is divided into three frames, appears.
Results
In the top frame, you see information about the check data.
In the middle frame, an aggregated representation of product availability on location level is displayed. Using this display, you can quickly determine if a shortage situation exists. Choose
(Totals display: Details), if you want to display how total receipts, requirements and confirmed requirements are allocated to the individual sublocations and versions.
In the bottom frame, the daily aggregated product availability situation for the chosen location product is displayed. A totals record with a receipt quantity (for stock and receipts), or a requirements quantity, a confirmed quantity (only for requirements), a cumulated ATP quantity and a discrete ATP quantity are displayed per date and category. Requirements are displayed with a negative indicator.

Displaying the product availability overview beginning with the confirmation proposal
Choose
(ATP) from the APO Availability Check: Confirmation Proposal screen. The simulated requirement is highlighted in colour in the Product availability frame.

more than one partial confirmation exists for the requirements date. The section of the time axis of the cumulated ATP quantity, whose receipts contributed to the confirmation, is highlighted. |

a shortage exists; that is, if total receipts are smaller than total confirmed requirements, or smaller than total requirements (ATP group with cumulation 2 or 3 in the creation mode). The first requirements element with a negative ATP quantity appears highlighted. |
