There can be various reasons why master data is not transferred to the PPM in SAP APO:
- You must have created a production version.
- PM/SM: for Service Management, the service product table T399A must be maintained.
If no data was sent to APO, in spite of a PPM being selected when generating the integration model, you should note the following:
- There must be a valid plan for detailed scheduling in the production version. The Bill of Material (BOM) must be valid until the key date (in case the validity period of the production version changes).
- PM/SM: a valid maintenance task list must be defined in the service product table. It is not possible to specify a BOM.
- Since only assigned operations are transferred to SAP APO at least one operation must be assigned to a work center.
- In the work center, formulae must be maintained for operations concerning scheduling and capacity, otherwise operations are not transferred to SAP APO.
- In the operation detail the standard values must be maintained. If no times have been maintained for operations/phases, these are not transferred to SAP APO
- Since only scheduling-relevant operations are transferred, you must ensure that the scheduling indicator is set in the control key.
- Operations with a referenced control key are not transferred.
- In the integration model you must define, by setting an indicator, whether PP/PI data or data from Service Management (PM/SM) should be transferred to the PPM.
