Deployment Results

Definition

The Deployment results are displayed in several sections. The sections included in the Deployment results depend on the deployment strategy you selected.

If you double-click on the date field in the Supply Horizon section of the Deployment Results log, you can toggle between a collapsed and an expanded view of the data displayed.

Note: Calculation of the ATD quantity is based on category groups maintained in SNP Customizing (Assign category groups to key figures), which you then assign to a location in the Location Master Data (Deployment/TLB section).

Structure

General Information

In this field¼	The following information is displayed¼
Product	The product to be deployed.
Deployment Strategy	The fair share and push deployment strategy specified in the Deployment Profile.
Fair share rule A, B, C, or D	Fair share rule A distributes the stock proportionally to all demand locations according to planned distribution demand. Fair share rule B raises the stock levels in all demand locations to approximately the same percentage of target stock level The percentage per target location is defined as projected stock level divided by the target stock level. If there is a negative projected stock level, the system first attempts to raise the stock level at all target locations up to zero. The system then attempts to raise the stock level at all target locations up to the same percentage of target stock level. Fair share rule C distributes the stock according to demand priority and/or quota arrangement at the demand locations. Fair share rule D distributes the stock according to the priority of the outgoing transportation lanes of the source location.
Location	All locations that either supply or receive the product.
Transportation type	Type of transportation vehicle or other mechanism used to transport the product.
Delivery time	The time required to transport the product to the destination location: goods issue time plus transportation time plus goods receipt time.
Target days' supply	The target days' supply specified in the product master data.
Safety Stock	The safety stock specified in the product master data.

Supply Horizon

Date	The date the product is distributed
ATD quantity	The total available-to-deploy quantity (supply) in all of the plants that manufacture and/or supply the product.
Demand	The daily sum of all requirements at the DCs depicted on a daily basis.
Roll forward	The amount of stock at the plant that is not distributed.

Detailed requirements

Location	The DC to which the product is distributed.
Demand	The daily sum of all requirements at the specific DC (identified in the immediately preceding location field).
Confirmed	The orders that are confirmed for distribution.

Product

In this field¼	The following information is displayed¼
From	The location from which the product is deployed.
To	The location to which the product is deployed
From date	The date of deployment from the supplying location.
Quantity	The quantity deployed to the receiving location.
