Creating Models 

Procedure

  1. In the SAP Easy Access menu, choose Navigation ® Master Data ® Supply Chain Engineer.
  2. The Supply Chain Engineer: Choose Model screen appears.
  3. To create a new model, enter a model name and choose Create.
  4. You can define your model by assigning locations, products, resources, PPM, and transportation lanes in the screen SC Engineer - Create. If the model is very extensive, you can maintain parts of it by defining a work area.
  5. Choose Save.

You can also create a Supply Chain Model from Model/Planning Version Management. To do so, choose Navigation ® Master Data ® Model/Planning Version in the SAP Easy Access menu.
