Standard Commission Contract 

Definition

A contract template that contains agreements valid throughout the whole enterprise and for all business partners. These agreements are legally binding. A commission contract is derived from a standard commission contract as a result of negotiations between the sold-to party and commission recipient. The benefits of a standard commission contract are:

·         Certain agreements apply to all commission recipients throughout the enterprise, and cannot be negotiated.

·         The commission clerk only needs to change the individualized contract components.

Use

As commission contracts are usually based on standardized sample contracts and not changed significantly in an individual contract, all agreements are mapped using standard commission contracts in which individual entries are permissible. Global agreements are also displayed for information purposes.

For standard commission contracts you can use a table to store comments both in abbreviated and long form.

Structure

The standard commission contract includes the following data:

·         Standard contract ID: Number of standard contract

·         Version: Number of version status of individual standard contracts

·         Commission contract type: Indicator for the contract type

·         Include for Period Management

The commission contract type serves to differentiate standard commission contracts. The following data is relevant:

·         Standard contract ID: Number of standard contract

·         Version: Number of version status of individual standard contract assignments

·         Agreement category: Remuneration, valuation, liability, reserve, legal right to future commission, guarantee, participation

·         Standard agreement ID: Number of standard agreement

Integration

With standard agreements that are assigned in the standard commission contract, you must stipulate the extent to which they can be changed in the commission contract, meaning that they are in effect proposals. You must ensure that the consistency of the overall agreement is not adversely affected by individual entries.

Individual agreements can only be made in the commission contract.
