Use

A commission contract partner is liable for the results of business she or he conducts on behalf of the company. If the business is reduced after the remuneration has been paid, the sold-to-party can recall some or all of the remuneration.

Example

The insurance contract is given a runtime for the liability, during which the customer pays the insurance premium on a regular basis. The commission amount is calculated based on this runtime and the premium payments.

An agent is liable for the business results that he or she provides. If a remuneration is based on a business transaction that is prematurely reduced, then the agent’s company recalls a part of all of the commission, according to the liability agreements in the commission case.

Clearing takes place within defined subobjects for advance or secondary liability. The change to the external key of the subobject has to be taken into account for this analysis as well.

The subobject analysis is used for the liability analysis of each valuation type.
