Use

You need additional commission cases if you want to determine remunerations that cannot be covered by automatically created commission cases (usually as a result of data transfer to the commission system), such as bonuses, performance remuneration, and so on.

Integration

Features

The whole process for determination of bonuses, for example, can be divided into two sections.

First of all, a (periodic) result determination is executed. The result matches the performance of the commission contract partner in the given period. A bonus commission case is then triggered, which then calculates the performance remuneration on the basis of the results that were transferred.

To remunerate bonuses, commission cases therefore have to be created at different periods by way of the commission contract. This process is controlled by the standard agreement for additional commission cases. The information required for triggering periodic processes is in the standard agreement for additional commission cases. It is stipulated when which commission case must be created with which result objects. Information on the period in question and relevant criteria is also given.

The end of the period in which the bonus agreement is valid triggers execution of the result determination (in the same way as flat-rate determination with period rules).
