Remuneration Inquiry 

Use

The purpose of the remuneration inquiry is to display remuneration documents (document header and items) and the related settlement data. It provides a clear and complete overview in the required context (such as commission case, commission document or commission contract) for the following:

·        Remuneration document data (including remuneration detail lines)

·        Disbursable data (settlement items)

·        Data not yet settled (settlement schedule items)

If you have selected package CACS25 (settlement scheduling) in Customizing of Incentive and Commission Management, the settlement data includes settlement items as well as scheduled settlement items; otherwise only settlement items are displayed.

Features

Settlement data includes both scheduled settlement items as well as settlement items that are generated in the commission case process or during the conversion of the scheduled settlement items (through a settlement schedule run). You have several options of accessing the remuneration inquiry or the remuneration result through the main menu of Incentive and Commission Management.

Below is a description of the various options of accessing the remuneration inquiry in the main menu of Incentive and Commission Management.

Choose:

Info Center ® Remuneration Inquiry (transaction CACSREMDIS)

Here you have all the selection options for the remuneration inquiry. You can choose from three tab pages to display remuneration and settlement data: business objects, documents and contracts:

·        Documents

¡        Posting year/document number

¡        Posting date

Master Data ® Contract ® Display

You can access the remuneration inquiry in each commission contract. 

·        Choose  Transactions for Contract.

If you access remuneration inquiry from the commission contract, you can only access the Contracts tab page. The commission case number is defaulted and cannot be overwritten.

Commission Case  ® Display and Commission Document ® Display

You can display the remuneration items and settlement items in the commission case and commission document on the Remuneration Result tab page.

Activities

To display the settlement data in the remuneration inquiry, select the remuneration lines and choose Settlement Data, or double-click on the specific remuneration line to display the settlement data for the respective item.

In the remuneration result of the commission case and commission document, the remuneration data and settlement data are displayed immediately .

Alternatively, if you press the Remuneration Details button, the remuneration detail lines are displayed instead of the settlement data.
