Provision of Yard Inventory Information  

Use

YM provides you, as well as your external carriers, with information on vehicles in your yard.

 

Prerequisites

In order for an external carrier to access information on their vehicles, they must have authorization.

 

Features

The desktop and web transactions provide information on vehicles, including the following:

·        Vehicle type

·        Reference document

·        Vehicle stock status (whether the vehicle is full, partially full or empty)

·        Whether vehicle is blocked and, if so, the reason

·        Driver

·        Location of the vehicle in the yard

·        Time that the vehicle was checked-in to the yard

·        Time that the vehicle has been in the yard

·        Processing status of the vehicle

You can also add or subtract fields to be displayed, thereby customizing the information provided.
